No need for specialist hardware There's no need to buy expensive USB drives theat come with encryption pre-installed. DriveLock Encryption 2-Go works with all removable drives and media. It stores data in encrypted containers, which makes it possible to even encrypt data on internal or external hard disks.
DriveLock Encryption 2-Go also includes a Mobile Encryption Application (MEA) allowing encrypted removable media to be used on computers where DriveLock is not installed. Once you provide the correct encryption password, MEA lets you use encrypted media and containers as if they were regular drives, including reading, writing and editing data.
Enforce encryption for higher security If you need to ensure that users don't accidentally or intentionally jeopardize data security, you can enforce the use of encryption for removable storage devices in your organization by using central policy settings.
